1. Where do you pick up customers?

At the Skylon Tower Main entrance, Parking lot A. This is a famous landmark, centrally located and walking distance from Niagara Falls and most of the major hotels.

2. Is the Skylon Tower the same as the CN Tower?

No, the Skylon Tower is located at Niagara Falls and offers a panoramic overview of the Falls and River at 160 meters, or 520 feet. The CN Tower is in downtown Toronto.

3. Why don’t you offer hotel pick ups?

It is more time efficient to have one central departure location. Otherwise, you spend time riding around from hotel to hotel and waiting for people who are late.

4. Why does your tour cost less than others?

Our goal is to offer affordable, quality tours. By keeping our price low, more people choose us and we offset our lower prices with more customers.

5. Are taxes included in your price?

No. Right now, we charge 5%, or $3 GST Tax per person. Starting July 1st, we have to charge the 13%, or $7.80 per person HST tax.

6. Do you have a group/ family rate?

Yes. If you have a group of 20 or more, please contact us in advance, by email and we’ll help plan your Niagara experience.

7. When is the Maid of the Mist open?

The Maid of the Mist’s operating season is usually everyday from the last week of April until October 24. Opening date varies with the spring thaw weather conditions and could be anywhere between mid April and mid May. For exact dates and times, visit their website at maidofthemist.com.

8. Will I get wet on the Maid of the Mist?

Maid of the Mist staff provide each traveler with a plastic raincoat. Your face and feet may get wet, depending on where you stand on the boat.

9. What if I don’t want to ride the boat?

You can use the extra time to explore on your own.

10. Do you run the helicopter ride?

No, Niagara Helicopters operates this service. For details, visit their website at Niagara helicopters.com. We provide the transportation to the helicopter ride for those who are interested and you pay them directly. You will also save $20 per adult off their regular walk in rate, when you come to their attraction with us. Regularly $115 per adult, with us it’s $95 per adult, $61 per child.

11. How long is the helicopter ride?

The helicopter ride is approximately 10 minutes.

12. Do your Niagara Falls tours run everyday?

Yes, they are available every day, including holidays.

13. When does Niagara Falls close?

The Niagara Parks and Falls are open every day of the year.

14. Will I get wet at Niagara Falls?

On some days, you may get wet. It depends on the weather conditions, and which direction the wind is carrying the spray.

15. What kind of vehicles do you use?

We use a Cadillac Limo or a 33 or 49 passenger air- conditioned tour bus, depending on how many guests we have that day.

16. What is the difference between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake?

Niagara Falls is located in a city with a population of 82,000. Niagara-on-the-Lake is approximately a one hour drive from the Falls, at Lake Ontario, with around 7,000 residents and countless visitors.

17. What is there to do at Niagara-on-the-Lake?

You have time to explore one of Canada’s most historic and prettiest towns. See where the Niagara River meets Lake Ontario, the lavish flowers, quaint shops, art galleries, and restaurants.

18. Can we do tasting at the winery?

Yes. Reif Estates will offer you one red and one white table wine sample, plus a tasting of their award winning ice wine, all complimentary.

19. How many waterfalls make up Niagara Falls?

Since the Niagara River is the border, the Falls are divided. There are 2 American Falls and 1 Canadian, or 3 in total.

20. How long is the Niagara River?

The Niagara River connects Lake Erie to Lake Ontario and is 36 miles (58 Km) long.

21. Do we cross the border into the United States?

The view of both the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls is better from the Canadian side. We do not cross the border.

22. Is there an entrance fee for Niagara Falls?

No.

23. What is the temperature at Niagara Falls?

24. Are Niagara Falls the highest in the world?

No, there are taller waterfalls, but Niagara Falls has the greatest volume of water going over the brink. It is this high volume, combined with the height that makes them spectacular.
